Law firm Glaser Weil Fink Jacobs Howard Avchen and Shapiro has filed the lawsuit at Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, claiming that the actress owes the company more than 41,333 pounds in fees plus interest.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the petition claims the firm’s lawyers engaged in transaction work for the model/actress in 2011, the Daily Express reported.

The latest instalment of " James Bond" franchise " Skyfall" will be released in India on November 2 this year and the first official photo from actor Daniel Craig’s Bond movie ’Skyfall’ was released on Wednesday from a scene set in Shanghai.
Directed by Oscar-winning Sam Mendes, the movie will begin its worldwide roll-out later this year. The movie will first release in Britain and Ireland Oct 26 and in North America Nov 9, said a statement.
While Daniel Craig will be seen as the British superspy, the cast of the film also includes Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Berenice Marlohe, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Albert Finney and Judi Dench. The screenplay is written by Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and John Logan. Skyfall trailer is yet not released.

Hollywood’s troubled actress Linday Lohan is being sued by a photographer who alleges that he was run over by her car in January 2010.
Grigor Baylan is taking legal action against the 25-year-old after he was run over when the singer was trying to make a fast departure from a Hollywood nightclub.
The photographer’s lawyer, Neil Steiner, told tmz.com that the actress is being targeted in the case because her assistant was at the wheel and operating under her instruction.
Steiner also contacted Lindsay’s insurance company to settle the claim, but they only made an "insignificant offer".
The lawyer insisted he is only seeking ’reasonable compensation’ for his client, who was medically treated for orthopaedic and neurologic injuries following the incident. (IANS)
